For those who have difficulty getting thin, this can be an inspiration. NOT! If you get into a diet and exercise regimen and would look like this? I suggest you forget about it.
50 Cent’s 9 week program was composed of water diet and 3 hours on the treadmill. How the hell was he able to get energy for that?! He lost 54 pounds for a movie role portraying an ex-football player who got cancer. Now that the movie, Things Fall Apart, has done filming, he’s on the road to gaining weight again.
